01How to request deletion
To delete your account and the associated personal data, send a request to privacy@okk.pro from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
The request is processed manually by an operator's staff member. No additional registration on the website is required to submit a request.
02How deletion works
- We confirm receipt of the request by reply.
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner — by the linked phone number or email address.
- After identity is confirmed, the account and associated personal data are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.
- Once the procedure is complete, you receive a notification by reply.
Before final deletion the account may be deactivated — sign-in to the service becomes unavailable. If the request was sent by mistake, it can be withdrawn by replying to the confirmation email before the procedure is complete.
03What data are deleted
When an account is deleted, the associated personal data are deleted or de-identified, including:
- Account data: phone number, first and last name, email address.
- Role in the organisation and membership of a working group.
- Interface actions associated with the account: scores, comments, tags.
- Technical session identifiers associated with the account.
04What data are retained
Certain data may be retained after the account is deleted, where required by law or necessary for the operation of the service:
- Data that must be retained by law (accounting, tax) — for the periods set by the applicable laws.
- Audio recordings and dialogue transcripts belonging to the customer organisation are retained in accordance with the agreement with that organisation and the Privacy Policy.
- De-identified data that no longer allow the user to be identified may be retained without a time limit.
